Physics is:
-the science that studies the behavior and structure of matter

-the key to understand what technology can provide us for everyday life
Outcomes:
- Recognize and use basic concepts oh Physics, putting emphasis in their relation to the study of systems with interest to geology. Analyze, synthesize and process information.
- Learn how to use the methodologies and techniques used in Physics, applying them in situations and systems with interest togeology.
- Recognize the importance of Physics in interpretation and explanation of phenomena in the area of science and technology in general.
- Prepare process, interpret and communicate physics information, using important bibliographic sources, adequate speech and appropriate tools.
