Teaching Methods
In teaching the course, it is anticipated the presentation of theoretical concepts and advanced knowledge on the topics defined in the syllabus. This will be followed by exemplification . This will be complemented by case studies about the various issues.
Learning Outcomes
Basic knowledge about current seismic design of structures, including concrete, mansonary and timber structures.
Capacity to identify of the most relevant seismic vulnabirilities,as well as the siemic reinforcement, namely regarding selection and execution.
