Learning Outcomes
At the end of this Course the PhD students should be familiar with the complex issues in organization and knowledge management, which is justified by the fact that in the contemporary context profit and non-profit organizations deal with increasingly higher stocks of information, relevant resource acquisition in the sharing of knowledge and therefore during the processes of decision making and accountability. Thus, they should know be able to design and redesign processes and complex information flows that ensure the organization, management, retrieval, use and reuse of knowledge, with particular emphasis on the organizational structures of knowledge and knowledge management systems.
