Recommended Prerequisites

Approval in all the curricular units in the 1st year of the course, in the Qualification Exam and adequate performance within the Orientation Seminar.

Teaching Methods

In addition to regular meetings with the supervisors, there is a scheme for monitoring the thesis writing progress by students reporting and public presentation sessions of the ongoing work. It is also strongly encouraged to participate in training and scientific production activities, organized by the PhD program or related to individual research projects (presentations at conferences, publishing articles in national and international academic journals; holding scientific meetings, artistic activities and university extension activities.
