Teaching Methods

The theoretical  lesson is interactive from a clinical case.

Practical Lessons. Rules. 1. Preparation and lesson planning. 2. Introduce a kind of doctor-patient interaction in relation to the clinical history, analysis of symptoms and description of the cutaneous lesions, diagnostic tests to be discussed later in class. 3. Challenge the clinical thought 4. Convey to students what should be withheld from that specific clinical situation. 5. Questions and clarifications. 6. Evaluation for teaching. Visit selected patients; attend the Consultation Rooms; observe practical procedures.

Malignant Melanoma and  the baso cell and spinocelular carcinomas. 6. Cutaneous vasculitis. 7. Distinguish simple from other ulcers. 8. Perform a direct examination. 9. Planning the investigation of inflammatory diseases. 10. Topical medications, bandages and occlusive dressings. 11.  Manipulated drugs.
