Recommended Prerequisites

Completion of the 1st year of the program: skills in the field on general education, didactics of philosophy, research metodologies on education and teaching.

Teaching Methods

- Orientation / pedagogical supervision of the period of supervised pedagogical practice.

- Orientation / scientific and didactic supervision of Final Report on Supervised pedagogical practice.

Learning Outcomes

- To offer students real teaching, methodological and evaluation experiences, as well as the involvement in all aspects of school life, both in and out of the classroom.

- To promote the professional development of the trainees, in order to mature their teaching skills in a critical and reflexive perspective, regarding the major challenges, processes and outcomes of everyday life as a teacher.

- To develop academic structure suitable for the teaching activity in the curricular fields of philosophy.

- To promote an introduction to scientific research in the field of didactic of philosophy.
