Teaching Methods
Lectures supported by analysis and critical commentary of legislation, using IT resources. Debate on the subjects addressed and critical participation of students will be encouraged throughout the classes.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the semester, students are expected to
i) know and understand the legislation relating to archival issues;
ii) have acquired skills to make a rigorous interpretation of essential legal concepts and terms used in archives;
iii) have acquired skills in this area that will enable them to work as qualified professionals in any institutional setting.
