Explanatory method (during lectures) and discussion with case presentations (in practical classes).Use of audiovisual technologies and personal computers. Additional bibliographical references (books, monographs, articles and judgments). Evaluation through written and oral examination.

a) Understanding the legal nature of EU Law
b) Knowledge of the European Union's decision making procedures
c) Knowledge of EU law (sources, regulatory procedures, interpretation and integration of gaps)
d) Knowing, thorough understanding and aplying the principles structuring the European Union Law (namely principles ruling the relationship with the domestic laws of member states) to concrete cases.
