Teaching Methods

The curricular unit of Tourist animation will work on theoretical and practical sessions. The theoretical sessions aim to enable the transmission of specific knowledge of tourist activities, being supported in expository method using the documents in paper and in electronic form. The practical sessions aim to enhance the knowledge obtained, namely through a case study of tourist activities applied in different contexts. Practical for the design of projects applied to tourism animation work will be conducted. There will be presentation and defense of the work.

Objectives of the curricular unit:

A1. Transmit knowledge in the area of tourist activities that allow your environment with leisure and heritage;

A2. Analyse the market of tourist entertainment, and non-profit, triggering the strategic vision of the students;

A3. Add value to the building on tangible and intangible concepts of tourist entertainment tourism product;

A4. Encourage creativity around the animation under principles of inclusion and sustainability.
