Learning Outcomes

Students will gain knowledge and skills to enable them to:

- Select analysis techniques appropriate to the objectives of tourism research

- Identify, select and properly collect qualitative and quantitative data relevant to the analysis of tourism organizing them into data arrays;

- Calculate relevant indicators that summarize tourist activity;

- Organize the results both numerically and graphically using different statistical methodologies;

- Correctly interpret numerical and graphical results;

- Use data analysis programs (Excel and SPSS).
