Teaching Methods

Theoretical-practical classes using PowerPoint. Some classes will be more practical, using text analysis as a base, (indicated in the first class), with a view to thematic debates.

Learning Outcomes

This class introduces students to the study and methodological debate of Archeology, from when it began and became an independent discipline up to the present day.

Students will understand the tools (methods, techniques and practices) and research prospects. They will learn to analyze and interpret the different archaeological periods, primary concepts, subject sources of research, the methods and field activity/research.
