Lectures; PhD candidates are encouraged to present partial research work; submission of a final research paper.

Learning Outcomes

Upon understanding the phenomenon of globalization on the basis of several views on that issue, the candidate is expected to understand the structural changes imposed on contemporary Law – namely on nation-states’ legal projects - due to the international assertion of human rights.
