Provide students with the skills necessary to use information systems, so as to collect, process and present information

individually and in the context of information sharing:

- To learn how to use properly and safely the various IT systems;

- To learn how to collect information from bibliographic databases;

- To learn how to organize the collection of data through direct search methods;

- To Learn how to organize the information collected;

To learn how to organize data for a qualitative or quantitative analysis;

- To learn how to prepare the presentation of data;

- To learn how to share information through social networks;

- To understand the impact of the use of information technology in professional contexts.

1.Introduction: The Basics of Hardware and Software:

2. Procedures for collecting and analyzing information: The collection of information; The organization of the information collected; analysis of bibliographic information, analysis of information collected directly.

3. Procedures for disclosure of information: Preparation of documents in different contexts; creation of communication objects concerning objectives and contexts.

4. The use of social networks in social work: information technology and citizenship; Content production; Information sharing and interaction in social networks, use of social networks within and outside professional interaction .

5.Chalenges and possibilities of networked information society: Impact of ICT identity in social work; The challenges of digital inclusion; How can you teach, learn and communicate more; Creating communities of support in online context; The advantages of hiperconetividade; the threats of hyperinformation.
