Teaching Methods

The teaching methologies include two parts. The first one is a content presentation or a debate, followed by an exploration of virtual learning environments or tools to create e-contents.

Learning Outcomes

This cu focuses on VLE and the creation and promotion of online learning communities.There is the ch.of learning management platforms such as Blackboard,Moodle and TelEduc which support classroom learning,blended and distance learning.There is the discussion of the role of the online teacher and students.There is the characterization of virtual 3D learning environments,such as Second Life,and the demands of their scenarios,avatars and activities in the sense of immersion.There is the presentation of generations of distance education,distance education models,and stages of online learning.Finally we introduce tools for e-content development.

Students develop the following skills:distinguishing the concepts of distance learning,b-learning,VLE,LMS and metaverse.Identifying ch. of management learning platforms and of the immersion in virtual 3D environments.Identifying the generations of distance education,distance education models,and the phases of online learning.Creating e-contents
