Psychology of Education, Sociology of Education, Communication and Education Process, Psychosocial Analysis of Educational Situations, Theories of Learning and Teaching Models, Social Education.

Teaching Methods

a) Exposure of topics / projects by the academic staff, students and guests

b) Read and comment texts

c) Practical training in group dynamics: planning, implementing and evaluation

d) Face to face tutorials or at distance for portfolio construction or projetc design.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this uc student should be able to:

1. Define and understands the basic concepts and theories on the issues of the dynamics and processes of development of groups: Types of groups, roles of members of the group, Goups' Diversity, Leadership, Communication,  Decision Making, Alliances and Subgroups , Conflict Resolution

2. Know strategies and techniques for developing participation and empowerment (empowerment) in groups

3. Experience through practical exercises  group processes. Theoretically reflect on their role in the development of  group dynamics: Interdependence, Communication, Cohesion, Leadership, Decision making

4. Develop capacities for observation and study of  group dynamics

5. Develop skills in planning, implementation and evaluation of exercises of group dynamics in diverse educational and trainning settings.

2. The process of learning in groups and with groups

3. Groups and socialization processes: primary, secondary and intermediate groups; group dynamics in the family, the school, the community, peer group, work and leisure

4. The Group dynamics as a process and set of methodological techniques in Education and Trainning: planning and evaluation models

5. The use of games and dynamics: Principles, requirements, challenges, advantages and disadvantages

6. Group Dynamics in Education and Trainning:. Several dynamics, for several participants with different goals.
