Learning Outcomes

The objectives of this course are the knowledge about telematics applications fundamentals, Internet aplications and emerging Internet services. The paradigms, technologies and protocols for the support of multimedia applications in the Internet will also be addressed. The students should develop competencies in the critical analysis and exposition of existing solutions and future challenges in the areas oftelematics applications.

The application of the knowledge will include the development of telematics applications, equipment configuration and multimedia networks project.

Self-learning should include the study, understanding, specification and development of new services, communication system project for the new services and the follow-up of new challenges and paradigms.
