Learning Outcomes

This course aims to provide students with the technical skills to management of IT security. Aspects of communication systems, computer networks, information systems and organizational distributed systems. Understanding the set of methods and tools to carry out the tasks associated with a specialist in IT security. Concrete goals: Network Security and Communication Systems, Internet Security, Application Security, Privacy aspects of users, Security SI, Security in Databases, E-commerce and distributed systems. IT Security: Troubleshooting, Design and installation of solutions, Defining and implementing security policies of organizations Conducting monitoring and auditing tasks. Skills: Ability to analyze and synthesis in complex problems, solving specific problems within the IT Security. Group work, critical reasoning. Self Study, Research.
