Teaching Methods

This is a distance-learning course that will be based on e-learning technologies. Several types of materials will be available to enable participants to achieve the proposed objectives. Many activities will be proposed allowing participants to use and consolidate the acquired knowledge. Activities that call for collaboration and mutual aid among participants will also be proposed. Teachers will monitor all activities.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course participants should be able to use Microsoft Excel as advanced users, using it as a support tool for decision making, being able to structure a spreadsheet and use it in problem solving. They should develop skills in the organization and structuring of data in a spreadsheet and in the design and implementation of spreadsheets for data analysis.
