Expository- visual/gestural/dramatization; Interrogative - question game in LGP/conversation; Demonstrative - hand configuration; Pedagogical techniques using dyads and triads.

Learning Outcomes

Provide learners with linguistic and psycholinguistic skills in Portuguese Sign Language.

Students will develop skills in communicating with a deaf person using LGP; Doing a presentation in LGP; giving information about the Deaf, Community and Its Culture, answer questions about a little 'story' told by a Deaf Person; recognizing variants in the way the Deaf communicate.
