Teaching Methods

The course promotes oral expression and interaction activities of a varied nature, on different issues of interest and relevance. The teacher presents the issues, manages the time and turn to speak, besides clarifying doubts and explaining socio-cultural aspects which students may not known and helps correct grammatical, pronunciation and pragmatic mistakes. There will be no examination. Trainees are entitled to a certificate of participation.

Syllabus

The course aims to increase the fluidity of oral communication for students studying the Spanish language.
Classes will take place in a dynamic and participatory environment, meaning constant intervention and participation from students will be requested, as well as constructive debate between them.
A list of current general topics that may generate interest and debate among students will be proposed. The presentation of these topics may arise from literary, journalistic texts or audiovisual materials, among others, such as the preparation of themes suggested by students.
All of this content will be cross-referenced with the reality of the Portuguese-speaking world.
