Teaching Methods

Continuous supervision of individual students, in which the supervisor monitors and discusses all stages of the work with the students.

Learning Outcomes

The aim of this unit is to provide guidance to students in structuring the project they intend to develop as final work of 2nd Cycle. The research consist in preparing an intervention project focused on the analysis of one or more problems, based on a conceptual and theoretical-methodological dimension, analysis / diagnosis, response / intervention formulation and conclusions developed from the analysis performed . It should also promote the study of new problems and the application of methods and tools for resolution.

The work is personal, and the student must demonstrate work capacity, innovation and autonomy, producing original work that contributes to the development of the field.

Syllabus

The contents of the syllabus vary according to the research topics chosen by students. Nevertheless, they should respect the following assumptions:

- Identify the problem under analysis/intervention

- Define the working hypothesis and/or starting questions

- Gather and analyse relevant bibliography

- Define appropriate methodologies and working tools

- Elaborate the diagnosis of the problem

- Propose a plan of action

- Write the report for the Project Work.
