The objective of this course is to provide a strategic approach to organizational performance. In this context, trends, obstacles and solutions for managing organizational performance will be presented.

Successfully completed this course, students should:

- Understand the market dynamics and their influence on the use of tangible and intangible resources;

- Understand the process of managing organizational performance.
