Law in action in long-term and relational contrats

Recommended Prerequisites

General Theory of Civil Law; Law of Obligations; Civil Contracts.

Teaching Methods

Participation in the seminar classes;

Presentation of the students’ research work.

Learning Outcomes

The purpose is to deepen and problematize some specific aspects of the legal regime of long-term contracts, insofar as their term and ending or termination is especially concerned. Critical argumentation and personal research skills will be promoted by means of oral discussions and a short essay.
