Learning Outcomes

Students are expected to realize the evolution of society and the need for legal answers, in particular the emergence of strict liability as a result of industrialization; the development of this kind of liability in connection with Insurance Law: the exceptional, ancillary character at its inception, and the modern general clauses of strict liability, on an equal footing with fault liability. The goal is to provide the students with a culturally cohesive perspective along with the specific skills for a critical evaluation.
