Lectures and study of cases decided by state, arbitral and European courts.
Learning Outcomes
To introduce the procedural elements relating to the Law in action in private and international relations. Special attention will be given to the themes of international jurisdiction, recognition of foreign awards, court proceedings with foreigners and international arbitration.
