Learning Outcomes

With this course we intend to make known a new paradigm in the management of organizations, which departs from the traditional paradigm of traditional management (based primarily on accounting and financial frameworks that emphasize the costs and accounting of "things" that are easily quantifiable), which emphasizes the role of knowledge as a critical and strategic resource within organizations, especially with regard to its competitiveness, efficiency and effectiveness.

The main goal of this course is to provide students with the knowledge necessary to understand the current state of the art of knowledge management and master some of its key concepts: its origin, the different perspectives of analysis, the different fields of knowledge use and the tools of knowledge management.
