Learning Outcomes

This unit focuses on processes related to the Development of Human Resources, as a conceptual framework.
The main focus of HRD is the development of a qualified task-force that will enable organizations and individuals achieve their objectives and professional goals.
This unit includes areas such as training and development of employees and managers/supervisors, career development, reward and benefits/incentives systems and also aspects related to the process of separation/abandonment of the organization (retirement, termination, and outplacement).

Learning Outcomes
Competences in analyzing and taking action within the scope of the Development of Human Resources, namely training, career development and reward systems.
