Learning Outcomes

At the end of this curricular unit, students should be able to:

- Know and recognise the specificity of the intervention of the psychologist of work and organizations within Human Resources Management;

- Have competences of analytical and psychological intervention in the field of Human Resource Management;

- Know how to use techniques and tools of Human Resource Management;

- Have a set of essential competencies to carry out the internship and to fulfil the duties of a psychologist in organizations.
