Learning Outcomes

This course aims to provide basic notions about the Organization, the Organizational Psychology and the role and action of the Organizational Psychologist. At the end of the course the students should be able to:

- Identify, delimit and critically analyze the specificity of organizational psychology and the role of the psychologist in organizations;

- Define organization, indicate its structural elements and some of the most relevant processes;

- Identify levels of analysis and intervention and discuss models and approaches of knowledge management, motivation and job satisfaction and, also, communication in organizations.
