Learning Outcomes

General objectives

The course aims to present the company as a legal reality to the students and to provide the students with the fundamental notions of commercial companies - in particular limited liability companies (Lda) and public limited companies (SA) - as legal persons subject to companies founded in a partnership agreement between the partners.

Specific objectives

Give students the opportunity to understand the law and act according to the law in the development of business activity

Generic skills

Provision of general legal knowledge in company law and basic knowledge for a professional in the area of business management

Specific skills

Training to communicate with other professionals and to apply the law in business management practice.
