Participation in the seminars (50 %);

Research work and paper (50 %).

Learning Outcomes

The purpose is to deepen and problematize some specific aspects of the legal regime of successive execution contracts (long-term contracts), insofar as their term and ending or termination is especially concerned. Critical argumentation and personal research skills will be promoted by means of oral discussions and a written paper/article.
