The course assumes an expository format and, in simultaneous, students will have to develop a project, applied to a specific sport, integrating the literature references.

[1] Know the foundations that support the preparation of high performance sport; [2] Know and demonstrate ability to planning and periodization in athletic high level athletic performance; [3] Know special means of preparation applied to high-performance athletes; [4] Know special means for control and evaluation in high performance athletes.
