Recommended Prerequisites

The approach of this subject ask for the knowledge of the following subjects: sport Specialization I - Football; General physiology, Exercise physiology, Youth Sports, Methods of Physical Condition. May also be important a minimal knowledge regarding the english language.

Teaching Methods

The lectures will be predominantly for exposure of the syllabus.

The practical classes will assume a more interactive discussion and in a group format.

The content covered in the theoretical component will be evaluated by two midterm exams.

Thus the evaluation will promote the following assignments:

- Realization of two midterm exams [(A + B) / 2].

Learning Outcomes

This course aims to fit the student with the multidimensional requirements of football training with a major emphasis on youth football training process.
