Teaching Methods
Teaching sessions of collective nature where judo is approached as an example of specific adaptation of the general theory of the topics addressed. Situations of problem solving and sessions of personal and collective orientation of the adaptation and / or research carried out (autonomous study) in the modality of predilection. Practice and observation of the combat modality chosen. Critical report globalizing and valuing all the learning performed.
Learning Outcomes
Acquire coaching skills in the combat modality of predilection. Knowing: to differentiate the training for the health of the training of competition, the training of young of the training of the adult; adapting the methodological principles of the training to the specificity of the modality; characterize the efforts and control the specific training load; plan or analyze a planning of the training of the functional capacities in the modality practiced. Perfecting the techniques and tactics of the modality, and developing pedagogical qualities. Raising general knowledge about the modality.

All the themes are presented through the example of Judo, and the other chosen combat modalities are adapted a posteriori. General methodology and specific application of training of aerobic and anaerobic resistance (capacity and power), speed (cyclic and acyclic) and strength (structural and nervous factors, SSC, strength resistance); adaptation to the motor development level of the practitioners. The training of coordination and flexibility and specific applications. Control of specific training loads and annual planning. Characterization of combat modality and factors that condition sports performance. Pedagogical practice. Practice (basic technique, technique of competition, kata, ...) and observation of specific training (weekly) and competitions. History, involvement, organization and regulation. Critical report. Adapted self defense for the combat modality.
