2. Methods based on on exprience: computer simulation of the experiments, practice of protocols and techniques
of a given function and evalutaion of results

The students are expected to : (i) acquire knowledge on the function of the various organs and tissues, and of their integration as a whole, (ii) apply the knowledge acquired.

Cell signaling
Cardiovascular System. Electrocardiography
Blood cells and Coagulation.
Arterial Smooth Muscle Physiology. Endothelial Dysfunction
Respiratory System. Lung Function Tests and Ventilatory Abnormalities
Urinary System. Acid-base and Hydro-electrolytic Balance
Extracellular Matrix, Cell Adhesion Proteins, Growth Factors and Angiogenesis.
