Teaching Methods
The teaching combines moments of presentation by the teacher with the intervention and inquiry of the students. It is developed around various methodological approaches:
- Exhibition of the main contents and analysis of relevant EU and national legislation.
- Presentation and discussion of news related to the contents of the course.
- Resolution of practical exercises to consolidation of knowledge.
- Presence of a speaker with a vast experience (scientific or professional) in the fields of Labor Law and Social Security Law.
Learning Outcomes
With the teaching of labour and social security law is expected that each student acquire a reasonable knowledge of basic legal frameworks which govern the relationship of workers and their employers within the employment relationship and the social protection sphere.
It is intended that the students obtain instruments that allow them to make more informed and better sustained management decisions.
