After and also during each work session there shall be the opportunity for dialog.

Presentation of reports that result from personal research.

Methods of evaluation:

Participation on the seminar discussions (15 %);

Research report (85 %).

Learning Outcomes

To know what it’s new in the national drafts of Switzerland, France and Austria (with a bird’s eye to the Turkish project), to discuss and research (students papers) those topics.

Syllabus

Drafts structure. Main topics: wrongfulness, return to a subjective concept of fault?; “organizational fault” in civil law; contractual and tort liability; the regulation of causality (specially hypothetical causation) in the Austrian draft.
