Teaching Methods
The teaching methods are based on interactive learning supported with tutorial guidance provided by the doctoral project supervisor, which includes the following methods:
[1] Reading articles
[2] Active learning from library resources
[3] Frequency to seminars
[4] Participation in conferences with presentation of papers
[5] Realization of courses suggested by the supervisor to acquire skills and refine scientific knowledge.
Learning Outcomes
Participation in events of the scientific area of the PhD research promoted by national and international institutions, obeying to a plan supervised by the tutor or by the branch Coordinator.
To improve the state of the art defined in the project of dissertation ('The labour market of sport and physical education and the conditions for inclusion of the graduates in the area’).
Build a relevant problem research based on the state of the art and in the identification of research needs in Portugal.
Integrate interdisciplinary research teams.
Mobilize research data and use quantitative and qualitative methods, applying them in professional contexts of diagnosis and evaluation of people, contents and organizations.
Mobilize research models to support project designs and the research of the social context in which they are part.
