Learning Outcomes

This optional curricular unit (Erasmus Mundus European Master WOP-P) aims:

- The development of students’ abilities for psychosocial analysis at different levels of group processes and intergroup relations, with a special focus on societal issues and on the role played by the organizational sphere.

- Starting from the knowledge of the theoretical models of social psychology, it also aims to develop skills of analysis and interpretation of social and organizational processes, including the role of groups in the decisions and processes of social change, the identity in the context of relations between groups, prejudice, discrimination and social justice.
