Teaching Methods

The class format will focus on the following: lecture, class discussion, group exercises, individual assignments, and group work. Students will be expected to read the assigned readings prior to each component.

Learning Outcomes

To provide students with knowledge about recent developments in the field of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. The topics to be covered will be specified for each new edition. For the different parts that constitute the program of this curricular unit will be provided basic information, will be developed the theoretical foundation, as well as the analysis and the critical reflection of the students will be stimulated.
