Learning Outcomes
This course focuses on processes related to the Development of Human Resources, as a conceptual framework.
The main focus of HRD is the development of a qualified task-force that will enable organizations and individuals achieve their objectives and professional goals.
This area includes areas such as training and development of employees and managers/supervisors, career development, reward and benefits/incentives systems and also aspects related to the process of separation/abandonment of the organization (retirement, termination, and outplacement).
