Learning Outcomes
The main goal of this curricular unit is to understand the basic stages of the evolution of organizational thinking and to develop analysis skills of organizational behavior.
At the end of this curricular unit students should be able to understand and critically analyze: the relevance of the role played by the different organization theories in explaining and understanding their behavior; the emergence of organization theories; theories of reference and the authors recognized within the literature of the specialty; the emergence of new forms of organization, its characteristics and implications; new trends and perspectives in the context of organizational behavior.
