Learning Outcomes
At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to:
- Indicate and describe explanatory theories related to Human Resources Psychology;
- Identify, define and discuss psychological concepts related to the human resource management function, the various relationships/various contracts of employees with the organization, career and its management, knowledge management, and decent work.
- Diagnose and evaluate individual, group and organizational contexts related to Human Resource Psychology
It is also expected that students will develop the following competencies:
