Learning Outcomes

At the end of the curricular unit students should be able to:

- Indicate and describe explanatory theories related to the Human Resources Psychology

- Identify, define and discuss psychological concepts related to the human resource management function, the various relationships/various contracts of employees with the organization, knowledge management, quality of work life and decent work

- Diagnose and evaluate individual, group and organizational contexts related to Human Resource Psychology

It is also expected that students will develop the following competencies:
