Teaching Methods

In line with the objectives of this unit and the system of continuous evaluation, this unit will focus on students and will require great involvement and participation from students and professors. Thus, students will carry out individual and group assignments, role-paying activities, classroom presentations, discussions and reflections in small and large groups. Audiovisual support will be used.

Learning Outcomes

This curricular unit is devoted to the learning of explanatory theories and diagnostic skills, related to Personnel Psychology. Offers knowledge about psychological concepts and theories concerning work careers and employment relationships as well as an overview of methods for individual assessment.
