Aim of this course is to provide an introduction to the WOP-P, its global overview by describing its structure and its contents, explaining its principles and its aims, as well as the practices defined for the set of universities of the consortium & participate in this European Master.

a. Perspectives and European trends and their implications for research in POTRH, as well as for professional psychologists working in this area.
3. History and Domain of Psychology of Organizations, Labor and Human Resources.
a. The construction of the identity in this area of knowledge.
b. Research topics, areas of intervention and fields of application.
c. Model of reference and practical implications.
4. Professional skills in Psychology of Organizations, Labor and Human Resources. The European model (EDP).
5. Research skills in Psychology of Organizations, Labor and Human Resources. The model ENOP, types of knowledge and application fields, the role of explanation and intervention in Psychology of Organizations, Labor and Human Resources,
6. History of Psychology of Organizations, Labor and Human Resources. Description of European contributions.
7. Professional ethics.
8. European and international organizations of the specialization.
