Learning Outcomes
Acquire knowledge about the models of human communication;
Contribute to consideration of the relevant communication skills within the framework of the provision of palliative and long-term care.
To promote reflection on the relevance of the application, and recognition of the importance of integrating the provision of care, and in the decision-making process, the patient's psychosocial and psychological problems.
Develop skills and relational skills training in clinical practice;
Contribute to the efficiency of aid provided, giving appropriate response to the experiences of patients and their families.
