Teaching Methods
Since most students do not possess legal knowledge, lectures will provide students with basic knowledge about the legal problems and issues at stake, followed by oral presentations of papers written by students, with a more practical and concrete approach, in order to make use of the professional experience that some students may have.

The taxonomy of cultural goods
The Portuguese and international legal order in matters of cultural heritage law, the environment and urban planning
Legal instruments for the protection of cultural heritage at municipal, national and international level
The administrative procedures for the classification of immovable cultural heritage, which will be the object of case studies to be carried out by the students.
