Teaching Methods

Since most students do not possess legal knowledge, lectures will provide students with basic knowledge about the legal problems and issues at stake, followed by oral presentations of papers written by students, with a more practical and concrete approach, in order to make use of the professional experience that some students may have.

Learning Outcomes

This course, essentially directed to legal lay people, aims to introduce and provide a frame for cultural property law, describing and reflecting on the main legal and financial instruments which, at the internal, local and international levels, ensure the protection and enhancement of cultural heritage.
