. The RH manager: tasks and roles

. task analysis: the basis of HR management

. Performance assessment

. Burnout/emotional and professional exhaustion

. HR past, present and future (at the level of topics like selection, training, collaborators’ development, motivation and satisfaction at work).

. International initiatives and networks in the HR area.
